Heating Calculation
Formula for 'BTUs required to heat the environment' (Sufficient for Traditional Winter Markets) : sqft / .025 = BTU's required
EXAMPLE :
10,000 sq ft - 15ft Ceilings - 150,000 cubic
10,000sqft / .025 = 400,000 BTUs
Formula for 'CFM required to heat the environment' (Sufficient for Mild Climates) : Cubic Volume / 60 = CFM required
EXAMPLE:
150,000 cubic / 60 = 2500 CFM (equals 20-30 degree temp rise)
